Thank you for a wonderful week of soccer our first week at Midwest Sports Complex. Next weeks schedule (a new game and an extra team!) and a few reminders. 

Exodus Refugee - Update - Kitchenware and Cleaning Material Collection Drive! 

We are currently hosting a few refugees in our league on Wednesdays! You might never notice but all of this is possible through your participation in our programs. I want to thank you and let you know that Exodus has asked for some help collecting kitchenware and cleaning supplies for our refugee friends (not just the ones that play with us but new families to the indianapolis area!) 

Anything you donate starting in the month of may will be taken and donated directly to Exodus Refugee. 

1. Starting this week there will be a door fee of 3 dollars for Non-Player guests. Speakeasy pre-pays all door fees for paid players as part of your registration, we will give out something to let the door guy know that you are a paid player. If money is tight and this will mean that you/your kid/spouse won't be able to make games, please email [email protected] and we can work something out for you. 

2. Got Sport and Indiana Soccer - As part of your registration fee - you will also receive a Indiana soccer membership, you may get a notification through got-sport in the coming days.

The school that you park behind is eastbrook elementary. I apologize for the confusion.

This is a reminder that parking is behind crooked creek elementary school. If you go to the Midwest sports complex address, crooked Creek is the next right.

What are the rules? - 

Teams have been assigned at this point (you should see yours on your player profile). Tomorrow I will send out the first 3 games and a roster list for everyone to tripe check that their friends have been assigned to their teams. We have a full 8 teams playing with us this season. We will have 2 divisions (competitive and Casual) each team will play every team in their division. Then we will do a promotion relegation battle between the top casual team and bottom competitive team. (each other team will do a cross-division game/friendly) then we will play 3 more games and a have a championship week for a total of 8 games. This is a little different format than we did last year but the hope is to have teams consistently play teams that are similar in skill.

Everyone just an update as we head into the weekend - We are currently finalizing registrations. It looks like we will have about 8 teams as we make our final push! We are so excited to have everyone

This is a quick note - We are so excited to have you join us for our upcoming season starting in just a few weeks! Opening day - we will have jerseys for each team and brand new goals in place! 

If you have not been assigned to a team yet, don't worry - we are still getting registrations and will have everyone filled out on their team as much as possible the week before play starts.
