Just a quick heads-up: the parks have closed the fields for tonight due to rain and field conditions, so Week 2 is postponed and will occur next Tuesday (June 17).

Same time, same place—just with fingers crossed for better weather and some sunshine. ☀️

We are excited to kick off our first ever season of ball in Taunton so here's what to expect for tonight...

Draft at 6:15

Once our coaches arrive, we will begin the draft right around 6:15. That will take about half an hour, then we'll head to the fields to play ball. If you cannot arrive early to see the draft - don't sweat it! Be ready to play your games which should start around 6:45/7pm

Two Games - and a Practice Hour

Each team will play two hour long games, but one team will have a break each hour as well. For those teams on break, you will be welcome to use our second field for some light hit-around, BP, and practice.

Reminder - Tonight is Pre-Season

We will have umpires calling balls and strikes, but tonight's games don't count on the standings sheet so relax and get ready to loosen up meeting your new teammates!

Hey everyone, sorry for the double email!  Our last email accidentally said Monday, so for clarification we will draft on Tuesday, June 3.  Basically we're doing the draft 30-45 minutes before the first game, and then we'll all take the fields with our new teams.
